Chapter 11. Topological Immunity and the Serial Criminal.
Abstract: Building on the laws of Thermodynamic Immediacy set forth in the previous chapter, this essay analyzes the clinical consequences of the dismantling of the Interdictory Pole. By excising the “white blood cells” of society in the name of abstract individual rights, the West has generated a topological mutation: the serial criminal. The chapter demonstrates how the absence of immediate sanctioning feedback (studied by Skinner’s behavioral psychology and previously intuited by Beccaria) pushes the deviant’s predictive engine to calculate impunity at zero cost. By analyzing specific clinical cases through the lens of DNA and real-time learning, it is demonstrated that criminal seriality is not a psychiatric distress, but the most logical and efficient survival algorithm in an ecosystem where the Horizontal Vector (honest citizens) has been legally paralyzed and handed over to the “broken windows” theory.
