Abandoning the fragmentation typical of classical neuroscience, TIM describes the brain not as a sequence of isolated components, but as a three-dimensional Architectural Matrix. The mind, governed by the Prognostica Mens (the vital rule of anticipation), is composed of Three Vectors of Interaction (the Three EGOs) operating in parallel, supported by Six Structural Nodes. To ensure formal clarity, the architecture of each node is investigated through an inseparable double lens: the Cognitive-Informational Domain (the logic of data and thought) and the Biophysical Domain (the neuroanatomical and energetic hardware). This theory resolves the untenable Hyper-complex Synchronization Paradox. The article introduces the River Archetype to distinguish between potential knowledge (the Riverbed, the positional structure) and the Dynamic Relational Knowledge of the Prognostica Mens (PM), which constitutes the true Information used for action. The Flow of Water is reinterpreted as the State Feedback Flow (sensory/energetic) that the PM monitors to validate the execution of its knowledge. Its function is based on the conversion of a physical signal into conscious information (Transduction) at the level of the Cognitive Periphery and its subsequent processing in the Cognitive Center. The PM operates through two distinct modes: the Predictiva Mens (PdM) (the ‘autopilot’ that synchronizes mental processes) and the Responsiva Mens (RM) (the executive agent that intervenes in case of error). It is demonstrated that attention is the tool of the RM for correcting failed predictions, rather than the cause of awareness itself.
