The Inner Map of the “Here”: Intrinsic and Extrinsic Interaction in Spatial Dysfunctions

Extrinsic Interaction: Acts as a triggering/modulating factor (e.g., gravity, direction) for the Second-Level Intrinsic Divisions and defines Relational Extrinsic Interaction, which establishes the relational validity between the Soma and other Fractionable Entities or symbolic systems.
This paper demonstrates that Unilateral Spatial Neglect (USN) is a failure of the absolute Intrinsic fractionation of the Soma (rendering space non-existent), while Gerstmann’s Syndrome (GS) is a failure of Relational Extrinsic Interaction and Hierarchical Conditionality between Entities, despite maintaining intact intrinsic corporeal geometry.
