Abstract: Se i diritti umani astratti sono lo strumento, qual è il risultato materiale finale sulle nostre città? Questo capitolo esplora la fase terminale dell’infezione occidentale: l’asservimento totale della comunità sana ai singoli patogeni. Utilizzando il concetto antropologico dell'”Idolo”, la Meccanica della Comunità traccia una distinzione cruciale: mentre l’uomo primitivo accettava pacificamente la sottomissione alle forze invincibili della Natura, la legge moderna lo costringe a sottomettersi a “Nuovi Idoli” (il deviante, il criminale), entità biologiche deboli ma rese artificialmente intoccabili dallo Stato. Avvalendosi delle neuroscienze evoluzionistiche (Fehr, de Waal, Sapolsky) e della dicotomia tra Sistema 1 e Sistema 2, il testo svela che questa sottomissione non è pacifismo, ma un’atroce violenza imposta al sistema nervoso dei cittadini. Lo Stato inibisce con la minaccia penale i meccanismi di difesa innati del DNA, generando nel nodo sano una “doppia rabbia”: verso il patogeno che lo aggredisce e verso le Istituzioni che lo disarmano. Dalla macro-scala (i finti profughi) alla micro-scala (il bullo e il paziente-denunciante), il saggio mappa la regressione della nazione a una massa di servi termodinamici, obbligati a cedere il proprio Surplus Termodinamico per mantenere e venerare i propri carnefici.

Abstract: If abstract human rights are the tool, what is the final material result on our cities? This chapter explores the terminal phase of the Western infection: the total subjugation of the healthy community to individual pathogens. Using the anthropological concept of the “Idol,” the Mechanics of Community traces a crucial distinction: while primitive man peacefully accepted submission to the invincible forces of Nature, modern law forces him to submit to “New Idols” (the deviant, the criminal)—weak biological entities made artificially untouchable by the State. Relying on evolutionary neuroscience (Fehr, de Waal, Sapolsky) and the dichotomy between System 1 and System 2, the text reveals that this submission is not pacifism, but an atrocious violence imposed on the citizens’ nervous system. The State inhibits the innate defense mechanisms of DNA through penal threat, generating in the healthy node a “double anger”: toward the pathogen that attacks it and toward the Institutions that disarm it. From the macro-scale (fake refugees) to the micro-scale (the bully and the complaining patient), the essay maps the regression of the nation into a mass of thermodynamic slaves, forced to yield their own Thermodynamic Surplus to maintain and venerate their executioners.
