Abstract: If the diagnosis of the Mechanics of Community is geometrically evident, why do Western political oppositions never attack the root of the problem, limiting themselves to fighting the symptoms? This chapter unveils the structural and economic reasons that have transformed Human Rights into an untouchable dogma. It highlights how this ideology, obsessively repeated, has pushed the West to frame every phenomenon solely from an individualistic point of view, erasing the biological awareness that man thrives only within a healthy network. The essay unmasks the true nature of the “Empty Machine”: not a neutral bureaucracy, but a toxic community that acts against honest citizens to favor criminals (Divide et Impera) and execute the agendas of supranational elites. Finally, if the great heretics of the past failed by using moral weapons, our theory makes the definitive epistemological leap: by shifting the battlefield to the hard sciences (thermodynamics and DNA biology), it provides the only unassailable logical tool to dismantle the Ethical Empire

Abstract: Faced with the collapse of Western institutions, we witness a daily intellectual paradox: sociologists, scientists, and political leaders denounce the distortions of the system and propose endless reforms, but stop in terror before the true root of the problem: the untouchable dogma of Human Rights. This chapter analyzes the hypocrisy of reformism by unveiling the genetic mutation of constitutional law. Tracing a rigorous thermodynamic chronology and a global geopolitical cartography, the text demonstrates how Constitutions materially shape society. It moves from the dynamic cynicism of the United States (the zero-cost shield domain), to the topological submission of the shield in autocracies (Russia, China), up to the thermodynamic suicide of Europe, where the inclusion of “positive rights” and asylum as a subjective right has degraded the community into a servant of the individual. Unmasking this enslavement, the essay recovers the voices of the great heretics of thought (Marx, Weil, Glendon) to demonstrate how hyper-guaranteeism is the mathematical prelude to disintegration.
