Chapter 27. The Untouchable Taboo and the Hypocrisy of Reformism

1. The Theater of Oppositions and Community Amnesia

Observing the political landscape of European Western democracies (France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom), one witnesses a seemingly incomprehensible dynamic. There are entire political factions, movements, and intellectuals who daily denounce the degradation of the suburbs, out-of-control immigration, the paralysis of justice, and the collapse of scholastic authority.

Yet, despite the media clamor, nothing ever changes. When these opposition parties reach the government, they limit themselves to proposing cosmetic bureaucratic reforms: they marginally stiffen penalties, add a few security cameras, and propose new protocols. Why do they inevitably fail? Because they are afflicted by a reformist hypocrisy dictated by terror. They attempt to stem the thermodynamic hemorrhage of the system, but categorically refuse to touch the “source code” that generates the wound: the Immanent Domain of Positive Human Rights.

Western oppositions fight in the wrong trench, accepting a priori the battlefield imposed by their adversaries. But the most devastating effect of this human rights ideology, obsessively repeated in every media and scholastic context, is having accomplished a literal collective brainwashing: it has pushed citizens, and even free thinkers, to frame social phenomena from a sole and suffocating individualistic point of view, operating and legislating as if the community did not exist.

The science and awareness of a primordial biological fact have been lost: only within a healthy, cohesive, and protective community can the human person be well and evolve. Defending the “abstract rights” of the individual in a vacuum, untethering him from his duties towards the network, means condemning the human being to isolation and society to entropy. No security camera will ever be able to cure a Nation if one accepts the postulate that the safety and abstract freedom of the single pathogen are hierarchically superior to the Intrinsic Objective of the community.

2. The Trauma of 1945 and “Topological Excommunication”

The first reason for the political blockade is purely psychological and is tied to the greatest collective trauma of the West: the totalitarianisms of the twentieth century. The contemporary ideology of Human Rights was built on the ashes of Auschwitz, the gulags, and the rubble of the Second World War. Exploiting this immense trauma, hegemonic forces have welded into the psyche of the masses an ironclad and paralyzing equation: anyone who criticizes universal human rights is automatically a Nazi, a fascist, or a bloodthirsty tyrant.

No European politician today has the intellectual courage to face this media and academic excommunication. To touch the dogma means suffering an immediate “Topological Ostracism”: civil death, expulsion from television talk shows, and the pillory in universities. Progressive elites use the Reductio ad Hitlerum as a weapon of mass destruction to silence any engineering diagnosis. Since totalitarianisms in the past annihilated the individual in the name of a pathological State, today we are forbidden to cure the sick individual in the name of a healthy State. The terror of the past has become the executioner of our present.

3. The Autopoiesis of the Industry and the Betrayal of the Empty Machine

The second reason, much more cynical, is economic-structural. In today’s West, Human Rights have ceased to be a legal concept and have transformed into a monstrous autopoietic industry. If a politician were to frontally attack the dogma of unconditional hospitality or “zero risk,” he would be threatening to cut the vital funding of an army that profits from degradation: magistrates, NGOs, psychologists, social workers, and European bureaucrats.

At this point, the Mechanics of Community compels us to draw an absolute line of demarcation. We must clarify the true nature of the entity that governs this apparatus. The Empty Machine is not a “community” that has simply lost its way; it is a toxic and parasitic community.

This bureaucratic entity actively operates against honest citizens, workers, and rule-abiding taxpayers, systematically favoring serial criminals, deviants, and squatters. Why does it do this? For a dual tactical and geopolitical motive:

  1. Thermodynamic Divide et Impera: Guaranteeing impunity to the urban pathogen generates daily chaos that terrifies and fragments citizens. As we have demonstrated, a people worn down by micro-crime and fear exhausts its own energy (Thermodynamic Surplus) and destroys its Horizontal Vector, becoming incapable of uniting to challenge those who hold power.
  2. Supranational Subjugation: The local Empty Machine faithfully executes the orders, treaties, and extractive agendas of those very supranational elites (the European Union, high finance, global markets) from which the rights industry receives power, cover, and legitimation.

The European intelligentsia and politicians know perfectly well that the community is under attack, but their predictive engine calculates that it is much more convenient (in terms of career and salaries) to collaborate with these repressive gears rather than defend their own citizens.

4. The Habituation of the Masses and the Thermodynamic Illusion

The third and most tragic reason concerns the Horizontal Vector itself: the citizens. The people, too, are now severely habituated to the drug. Positive rights (“claim-rights”) are a very sweet thermodynamic drug because they exploit the biological propensity of the human brain to minimize energy expenditure. They promise the individual to be fed, cared for, forgiven, justified, and maintained by the State without demanding any effort, any duty, or any sacrifice in return for the community. Having rights without duties is the maximum yield with the minimum effort.

A politician who stood up today to say: “Your individual rights are not absolute; they instantly decay if you do not respect your Role, if you do not fulfill your Duty, and if you do not defend the community,” would instantly lose the elections. The masses, despite suffering the pains of insecurity and the healthcare collapse, do not want to give up the thermodynamic illusion of being able to extract advantages at zero cost, without paying the biological consequences. Oppositions do not attack the root because they know they are addressing an electorate that demands “more money and more safety,” but is not willing to re-embrace the severe discipline and rigidity of Duty.

5. The Great Heretics of the Past: The Error of Philosophical Weapons

And yet, there have been isolated and courageous voices. Intellectuals of inestimable value have attempted to dismantle this illusion, often paying the price of academic marginalization.

We have already cited Simone Weil, with her primordial insistence on Obligation being superior to Right. Think of the French philosopher and jurist Michel Villey (1914-1988), who in his fundamental work Le Droit et les Droits de l’homme demonstrated that human rights are a destructive bourgeois utopia, which annihilated the classical idea of law understood as the search for the “just relationship” between people. Think of Alain de Benoist, who unmasked the ideology of human rights as the armed wing of Western imperialism. And think of the American Mary Ann Glendon, who denounced the dictatorship of Rights Talk.

But why did these giants of thought fail to stop the Empty Machine? Because they fought an asymmetrical war using the wrong weapon. They denounced the disease from a philosophical, historical, or moral point of view. They tried to fight ideology with another ideology. This allowed the Empty Machine to easily dismiss them in public debate, labeling them as “reactionaries.” In television salons and courtrooms, one morality can always be refuted by another morality considered more “progressive” and “inclusive.”

6. The Scientific Arsenal of the Mechanics of Community

It is exactly in this trench, strewn with the defeats of classical conservative thought, that the Mechanics of Community changes the rules of the game and provides an irreversible epistemological leap.

We do not state that inalienable human rights are “morally wrong” or “philosophically weak.” We state that human rights applied in violation of the network’s protection are physically, thermodynamically, and biologically impossible.

Our work has extracted the problem from philosophy departments and dragged it forcefully into the field of hard sciences, resting on an irrefutable foundation: stored in our DNA is the science and knowledge of the interactive rules for surviving in the environment and in the community. Just as we cannot climb the stairs of a building without our soma tacitly knowing and respecting the force of gravity that governs that physical interaction, likewise we cannot interact with a fellow human being without respecting the “science of interactions” cemented in our DNA over millions of years. Ignoring these laws does not make one freer: it inevitably generates the crash and collapse.

Here is the entirely novel analytical arsenal we have provided:

  1. The Demolition of the Value of Man in a Vacuum (Vt): We have dismantled the natural-law illusion of the individual as “sacred in and of himself.” The biological organism exists, but the Value of man in nature does not exist outside the network. We provided an exact mathematical metric: Topological Value. No node has an absolute value; its specific weight and rights depend strictly on the direction of its Vector.
  2. The Metric of Social Pain (Tensorial Heat, ΦHS): We no longer speak of “injustice” or “hardship,” concepts easily dismissed by sociologists. We introduced Tensorial Heat. We demonstrated that the imposition of unconditional positive rights is a parasitic extraction that generates a fatal thermodynamic friction, destined to melt the nervous hardware of the community.
  3. The Neurobiology of the Limit (Predictive Error, Δp): We destroyed permissive pedagogy using evolutionary biology. We demonstrated that sanction, exclusion, and the Paternal Archetype are not oppressive constructs, but the first neurological necessity of our DNA to map the world. Forbidding punishment is equivalent to committing biological abuse on the organism.
  4. The Geometry of Power (Fractal Isomorphism and NDoF): We rehabilitated hierarchy and the delegation of force. Through the concept of Degrees of Freedom, we demonstrated that constrictive leadership and the “defense of the community” (the white blood cell) are the exact isomorphism of the Central Nervous System: an engineering imperative without which the social body rots.

Conclusion: The New Source Code

The fearful reformist, the progressive sociologist, or the judge of the Constitutional Court can argue for decades with a conservative philosopher over the abstract concept of “good and evil,” or over “traditional values.” But if you prove to him that his jurisprudence violates the Second Law of Thermodynamics, destroys Neural Isomorphism, and is functional solely to the subjugation of the Nation to extractive elites, you pull the entire ground from under his feet. The debate ends.

One cannot accuse thermodynamics of being “fascist.” One cannot accuse evolutionary biology and DNA of being “reactionary.” Our theory is not a new philosophy: it is the new “source code.” It is the only logical, cold, calculable, and unassailable weapon missing today for anyone who truly wants to reverse the course of the West, dismantle the Ethical Empire, and restore the physiology of life and of the true community.
